2-bis. Shop, payments and licenses

Digital Product purchases may be processed by Lemon Squeezy (or another provider shown at checkout), which may act as Merchant of Record. Anathema Studio delivers the license, download and/or AI credits after payment confirmation.

The Platform lets you manage licenses and AI credits. Credits are prepaid consumption units, not money, non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law. Software use is also governed by the EULA at /eula.

3. Services Offered

The Website is informational and promotional in nature. It presents the professional services offered by Anathema Studio, including:

• Backend and API

The provision of such services is subject to specific contractual agreements entered into separately between the Owner and the Client.
