Software License (EULA).

1. Subject

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs use of software, plugins and digital components provided by Anathema Studio (the “Software”), purchased via anathema-studio.com or the related platform (platform.anathema-studio.com).

2. License grant

Anathema Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable (unless stated otherwise) and revocable license to install and use the Software within the activation limits of the purchased license.

3. Activation keys

Use of the Software may require a license key. Sharing, reselling or publishing keys is prohibited. Exceeding activation limits or bypassing license checks violates this EULA.

4. Restrictions

Except where mandatory law allows, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, rent, sublicense, or use the Software to offer a competing service based on the Software.

5. AI credits

Some products include or integrate AI credits. Credits are not money, are non-refundable except where required by law, and are non-transferable between accounts.

6. Intellectual property

The Software and all related IP rights remain with Anathema Studio or its licensors. Purchase does not transfer ownership of the code.

7. Termination

Upon breach, Anathema Studio may disable the license and suspend Platform access. On termination you must stop using the Software.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Software is provided “as is”. Anathema Studio does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Software.

9. Governing law

This EULA is governed by Italian law. Venue: Court of Sassari, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
